This time we are with an old friend of mine and his partner to install a new drainage and new building foundation insulation around their newly bought house.
Drainage and insulation work around the house is completed.
We continue to work on what would actually be done next year.
We prepare the site and begin the work of creating larger usable and easy-care surfaces.
And next year, we will be back to complete the job.
Then we will fill up with material around the house after the backfill material has settled.
We have not packed the material around the house on purpose. Instead a autumn, a winter and a spring can take care of that a little gentler.
Next year’s work also includes top soil over all surfaces and possibly a slope correction and graveling of the parking area in front of the house.
Unfortunately, the sound and image are not really synced. My way of working in iMovie is probably the reason as there is a lot of editing. I will try to get it in order in future videos.
