Today is March 1st – Freddie’s Birthday!
We found Freddie at the end of winter 2019 in a blizzard. He was in a terrible state, covered in snow, weakened and emaciated. Without delay, we took him to our place, despite the fact that we already had a cat, and our place is not very large… He needed a separate room to heal before meeting with his future bride Hannah (our other cat)…
In love and affection, Freddie quickly recovered, although the treatment was not easy, endless injections, ear and eye drops, vitamins, special nutrition…
Unfortunately, later Freddie went through 2 surgeries – he had two tumors on the leg and inside the ear. The surgeries were successful, but later Freddie developed atopic dermatitis. Our poor baby went through several hormonal therapies, but it was useless. Only after we found the best veterinary dermatologist in the city, we were advised a medication that made Freddie feel better. Unfortunately, this medicine has many side effects, but we gradually reduce the dose.
Freddie is an incredibly affectionate and kind cat, and we consider our meeting a gift of fate. Every morning he comes for a portion of affection. And very fond of cat treats ❤❤❤
