“Neko no Sainan” or Cat Trouble（古典落語「猫の災難」）~Japanese traditional comedy in English “RAKUGO” Vol.4

In this episode, Shinoharu introduces the rakugo story “Neko no Sainan” (Cat Trouble) about a drunkard called Kuma-san, who drank up the entire bottle of sake that his friend bought for him, and tries to cover it by blaming it on the neighbor’s cat. Watch this story to get a sight of a typical Japanese drunkard.
今回は古典落語「猫の災難」について。熊さんの必殺「畳吸い」が炸裂する噺です。

Shinoharu, a professional rakugo performer, will be introducing rakugo stories and the charms of rakugo in this program to Fumika, a professional interpreter/translator, who basically has no interest in rakugo nor Shinoharu. Will he be able to change her?
