TODAY checks out the new ‘Neko no Niwa’ Cat Cafe in Boat Quay. ‘Neko no Niwa’ is Japanese for ‘cat garden’ and the cafe serves coffee and cake, with 13 resident cats for customers to cuddle with, for a charge. Neko no Niwa opens to the public on Christmas Day 2013 (by reservation only for Christmas Day).
