Marinette remembers Cat Noir was akumatized, it was confirmed in SentiBubbler episode. But she doesnt know Adrien is Cat Noir becuase if we look at the end of the episode we can see Marinette thinks Adrien told someone and told someone who told someone…. thats why she doesnt knos Adrien is Cat Noir.

My storyline is based on S4, Adrien doesnt like Ladybug qs much as he used to becuase he knows Ladybug wont love him, he started losüng hope to love her. Marinette cant take all of the responsabilities of being a guardian, it stresses her so much.
