Cats and customers enjoyed Moscow’s first ever feline cafe in Moscow, Thursday. Named ‘Cats and People,’ the cafe opened its doors on April 4 and allows visitors two options. They can either bring their furry friends with them or rent a cat and play with them in a separate room.
